NCECS Treatment in Bangalore

NeoSculpt6 considers NCECS for selected patients with stable vitiligo who may benefit from surgical pigment restoration. NCECS (Non-Cultured Epidermal Cell Suspension) moves healthy pigment-producing cells onto depigmented skin, with personalised planning, full vitiligo evaluation and ongoing follow-up.

What Is NCECS TREATMENT?

NCECS (Non-Cultured Epidermal Cell Suspension) is a surgical treatment for selected patients with stable vitiligo. A small sample of normally pigmented donor skin is processed into a suspension of melanocytes and other epidermal cells, then applied to a prepared depigmented area. Because cells from a small donor site can cover a larger area, NCECS differs from transferring larger skin pieces. Repigmentation happens gradually as transplanted cells establish and produce melanin, and results vary by body site and individual. NCECS is not used for actively spreading vitiligo and does not guarantee complete or permanent colour restoration.

Plan Your NCECS Treatment Around Your Treatment Goals

The consultation matches your goals with what is clinically appropriate. The team reviews your concerns, suitability, treatment options, expected recovery, cost factors and follow-up needs before recommending a personalised plan.

Why Choose NeoSculpt6 for NCECS Treatment in Bangalore?

NCECS Treatment is planned around diagnosis, stability, suitability and realistic expectations for skin response.

  • Stable-Vitiligo Suitability Assessment

NCECS is considered for stable vitiligo, not spreading disease. The clinician reviews disease activity, treatment area and previous response before recommending the procedure.

  • Cell-Suspension Treatment Planning

The procedure uses a prepared suspension of epidermal cells from normally pigmented donor skin, planned around the size and location of the depigmented area and the available donor site.

  • Personalised Recipient-Site Preparation

The treatment area is prepared for the cell suspension according to the surgical plan, with technique and aftercare tailored to each area.

  • Conservative Donor-Site Planning

A small donor sample can prepare a suspension for a larger depigmented area. Donor-site selection and healing are discussed beforehand.

  • Gradual Pigment Restoration

Repigmentation develops over time as transferred cells establish. Response and colour match vary between patients and body sites.

  • Combined Vitiligo Management

NCECS restores pigment in selected stable areas but does not control active disease; medical treatment, phototherapy or other management may still be needed.

  • Follow-Up and Response Monitoring

Reviews cover healing, pigment development and any further vitiligo management, with response assessed over time.

Who Can Benefitfrom NCECS Treatment?

  • Patients with Stable Vitiligo

The disease should be clinically stable before surgical pigment restoration is considered.

  • Patients with Larger Depigmented Areas

Cells from a relatively small donor site can be spread over a larger recipient area.

  • Patients with Segmental Vitiligo

Selected stable segmental cases may be suitable after dermatological assessment.

  • Patients with Incomplete Response to Non-Surgical Treatment

Stable patches that stay depigmented despite medical or light-based treatment may be assessed for surgery.

  • Patients with Suitable Donor and Recipient Skin

Donor-site quality and recipient-site condition both matter for planning.

Meet Dr. Sandeep

NCECS requires careful patient selection, especially regarding vitiligo stability, the size and location of the depigmented area and previous treatment response. The consultation focuses on whether this cell-based approach suits the individual case. It sets realistic expectations about gradual pigment development and variable colour match, and covers safety, donor- and recipient-site care and the follow-up needed to monitor response.
